1800中空玻璃立式半自动生产线，该生产线由玻璃运输机、三级玻璃清洗烘干机、玻璃检查运输机、自动铝框定位机、玻璃辊压合片机、玻璃运输机等设备组成。整线采用光电和plc编程控制，实现由清洗和合片的自动化。在辊压结构中增加了程序控制，使玻璃在压合过程中不同部位时间不同，Zui终达到中空玻璃各个边框受力一致的效果。该线辅以砂带磨边机、丁基胶涂胶机、双组份打胶机、分子筛灌装机、旋转涂胶台等设备组成半自动玻璃生产线。

全自动数控中空玻璃生产线（可生产low-e中空玻璃）。

◎整机采用plc控制设备运转触摸屏人机界面，板压段具有电路、气路自动诊断功能。

◎采用进口真空发生器和吸盘，玻璃吸合效果更佳。

◎可生产二层、三层、大小片等异型中空玻璃。

◎全距离自动变频调速，节省劳动等待时间，提高生产效率。

◎玻璃合片时平压机前后箱机械手杠杆式托料，(机械式硬限位＋活动板吸盘吸附)确保自动合片时玻璃错位。
